Elevate Architectural Design with Versatile GFRC
Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete
Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) offers numerous benefits that enhance both performance and design freedom. It provides exceptional durability, impact resistance, and reduced maintenance costs. Additionally, it allows for thin yet strong panels, reducing weight and easing installation. GFRC’s flexibility also makes it ideal for creating detailed facades, cornices, and architectural features that are both beautiful and long-lasting. Compared to conventional concrete, GFRC contributes to more sustainable and efficient construction practices.
The composition of GFRC combines five key elements, each contributing to its high performance:
Cement: Provides the structural matrix and binding strength.
Sand: Acts as a fine aggregate to add bulk and texture.
Water: Initiates the chemical reaction needed for curing and sets the material.
Glass Fibers: Reinforce the concrete, increasing tensile strength and flexibility.
Additives: Enhance workability, durability, and resistance to environmental conditions.
Together, these components create a lightweight, durable, and versatile material that allows architects and designers to achieve both functional and intricate aesthetic designs.

GFRC Benefits
Glass fibre Reinforced Concrete or GRC can be tailored to meet a wide variety of aesthetic, structural requirements Below are some of the benefits that GRC brings to architecture
Application of GFRC
The GFRC stud frame panel consists of a single skin of GFRC attached to a prefabricated frame, usually galvanized metal with flexible anchors and support anchors.
The flex anchors are for lateral support to the GRC facing whilst allowing some degree of rotation and shrinkage/movement of the GRC
This selection may depend on local building regulations.

Colors
Products are manufactured in a Standard Grey Colour unless one of our Premium colours are specifically requested. we can custom match colours.
These swatches indicates general colour and finishes only. To ensure accuracy please request
a sample from our office. A natural variance in colour and finishes is to be expected during the
manufacturing process.
Beyond texture and color, finishes are a way to accentuate the design of
a custom facade by highlighting the surface properties of GFRC through
clean lines, bright colors, or exposed aggregate.
Products are manufactured in smooth precast finish unless the Acid Etched, Light Sandblasted or Polished finishes are specifically requested.
