31-storey condo located plus 11-storey office building at 5220 Yonge Street in Toronto’s North York City Centre area. The cladding panels were created in separate pieces, each measuring around 12 x 6 feet on average. These panels were likely manufactured separately and then connected using a steel frame made of Hollow Structural Sections (HSS). Anchor fasteners would have been used to join these GFRC panels securely to the HSS frame. This construction technique allows for the creation of large, customized wall cladding systems that offer both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity.
