UHPC Panel Details
UHPC panels, which can reach dimensions of 60” X 144” (1,524mm x 3,657mm) and can also be customized for specific projects, are initially cast in large sizes and then trimmed down. They are subsequently cut into smaller sizes within the facility to suit various project requirements and in collaboration with the installation contractors. The technical team works alongside architects in the early design stages to optimize panel layouts, aiming to make the best use of materials. One of UHPC’s defining qualities is its ability to enhance wide range of colors. We have developed ten standard shades for the construction industry with the ability to formulate customized colors as per requirements. The Platinum and White colors are formulated without any pigment. All other colors contain pigments that are UV-stable and specifically engineered for use in concrete. These pigments are added during the mixing Process.
We can also custom match colors.
Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Sealants
To protect the UHPC surface from dirt and stains, a transparent hydrophobic sealant can be applied to the surface. Hydrophobic and Oleophobic sealers are invisible and do not affect the rich, natural appearance of the UHPC surface; they do not form any film or layer on the surface. Furthermore, UHPC itself is highly impermeable.
